If so, we are pleased to be working alongside a leading South London school to help them to appoint a Second in Humanities from September 2022.
The successful Second in Humanities will need to be able to share their passion for Humanities, inspire students and have strong-team working skills. Teaching across the Humanities subjects is also essential with a History specialist particularly sought after.
Previous Subject Leader experience is advantageous but not essential if you can demonstrate you are forward-thinking and keen to progress.

- Excellent 11-18 Secondary School in Sutton
- MPS Outer London (£29,915- £41,136) + TLR
- Permanent Contract commencing September 2022
- Open to ambitious ECTs or Subject Leaders/2ics seeking a new challenge
- Humanities department made up of enthusiastic and collaborative teachers
- Interviews taking place in January for outstanding applicants!

- QTS / PGCE
- 1st or 2:1 History related degree
- Dynamic, innovative and inspirational in the classroom
- Passionate about Humanities and keen to improve standards across all year groups
- Ensures all students succeed and can achieve their maximum potential
- Has the ability to teach outstanding lessons across the age range
- Committed to raising standards of attainment and developing the success of the school
- Sets high expectations of themselves and their students
