Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high-quality person-centred social care services for adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and other support needs.

We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and energetic Support Workers who are well motivated, experienced and keen to join our friendly learning disabilities support team at Bramhall Lane, Stockport. You will provide person-centred support to tenants to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to engage and participate with the local Stockport communities.

We offer full-time positions and you will be required to work in a flexible manner on rota which includes evenings and weekends. We also offer part-time positions which are ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study or caring responsibilities. In addition to opportunities for personal and career development, we offer good conditions of service and a supportive, hands-on management culture.

Full or part time hours are available. Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Contracts of up to 48 hours per week are also available. Part time: to be agreed subject to a minimum of 15 hours per week. To be worked flexibly on a rota which will include evenings, weekends and public holidays according to the needs of the service. Choice of weekly or monthly pay.
