Thundercat Pub Diner are looking for a Kitchen Manager.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 7 chefs and 2 kitchen porters.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and training all team members
Ensuring high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.
Stock controlling
Daily Orders
Working closely with the GM
Maintain food consistency and standards
Must have at least 1 years experience in a similar role
