Description

We are looking for PART TIME highly passionate, driven and self- motivated candidate who has a passion for specialty coffee. Candidates should be creative and very enthusiastic with a minimum of 2 years experience working consecutively in specialty coffee.

Your duties will include barista work, opening and closing, using the till, making our fresh juices and smoothies at the same time as maintaining impeccable customer service. Ideal post holder will be expected to be able to multitask quickly and efficiently, be reliable and open for flexibility towards the role and have great time management skills.

Our candidate must be:

Passionate about coffee

Excellent all rounder

Have a good understanding of espresso based coffee.

Energetic and friendly while able to provide impeccable customer service.

Confident communicator who is able to remain calm under pressure.

Self-motivated and efficient in time management.

Ability to work both within a team and independently

Willing to inform, promote and support the work of Balance
