Charity People have partnered with a youth based charity in their search for a Fundraising Executive. This is an entry level position suited to a candidate who is passionate about the youth sector, wanting to pursue a career in fundraising. The role is based in Dagenham.
This charity opened the first Youth Zone in London, it is open 7 days a week and exists to give young people, particularly those who are disadvantaged somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to.
The charity's state-of-the-art building provides young people with access to a range of activities, offering them the opportunity to try new things and meet new friends, with the purpose of supporting them to become healthy and successful adults.

About the role
You will join a small, growing fundraising team currently diversifying their income.
This in an entry level role; you will support the fundraising team and work on a range of projects. You will provide communications supoort and managing relationships with donors. You will be supported to learn about fundraising and with some external training being provided.
You will also manage the donor database and some administration.
About you
We are looking for a motivated candidate who is passionate about the yoith sector and looking to pusue a career in fundraising.
You will be an excellent communicator with good writing skills. You will enjoy developing relationships with people and managing projects that require you to be creative.
