International Programme Coordinator
The charity is on a global mission to bring the Bible to life for everyone, driven by the conviction that when people engage with the Bible their lives can change, for good.
The international programmes cover a wide range of activities and initiatives, some of them with complex support requirements. We're looking for a highly organised and effective co-ordinator who is fully committed to join the mission.
Position: International Programme Coordinator
Location: Swindon
Hours: Part-time 30 hours
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum pro-rated

The Role
You will co-ordinate the programme, administrative and travel support for the International Mission (IM) team across the full range of work. This includes the International Support Programme (ISP), the International Bible Advocacy Centre (IBAC), Key Funded Bible Societies Programme (KFBS), Open the Book International (OtB) and Real Issues Films (RIF).
About You
As International Programme Co-ordinator, you will be a well organised and a confident team player who takes pride in completing a task well.
You will bring with you:
- Experience as an effective project co-ordinator and event organiser who takes initiative in their responsibilities
- The ability to organise both simple and complex international trips effectively
- Experience of working with people from other cultures
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven experience of organising, administering and delivering tasks for projects
- Experience of balancing and prioritising multiple tasks from team members
- Confidence using SharePoint and with excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, and an ability to quickly learn new software as required
- Have (or be willing to obtain) a valid passport to travel overseas – potentially two trips per year
- Some knowledge and experience of the charity sector or international work would be beneficial
