Are you a senior recruitment/talent professional looking for an exciting new permanent role? Do you have a passion for working in the non-profit sector?

I am working with an international membership organisation who have around 120,000 members across over 135 countries on a permanent Talent Acquisition Partner role, paying £40,000 per annum.

The job is located at their HQ in central London and you will lead on the whole recruitment life cycle, ensuring they align with the values and diversity and inclusion commitments of the organisation.

Key duties:

• Manage the whole recruitment life cycle from job requisitions, candidate attraction, selection, and onboarding.
• Utilise traditional and social media advertising tools, including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Seek ways to improve recruitment processes in line with internal and external best practise, employment law and the D&I arena.
• Provide reporting data and analysts of key metrics
• Oversee and manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and online recruitment pages.
• Provide training and guidance to hiring managers and colleagues.
• Act as first point of contact for agencies and advertising bodies.

This important Talent Acquisition Partner role offers hybrid working. This would be a great fit for someone with experience of leading recruitment campaigns and managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.

You will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of advising managers on recruitment and selection matters.

Along with the above you will need good working knowledge of current employment law and best practice, relevant to recruitment is also essential as you be on hand to answer and deal with any queries.
