We are a growing, independently owned boutique wealth management firm providing financial planning advice and discretionary investment management services to high net worth individuals and families.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant with a track record of working in a similarly varied role. As a key member of a small, tight-knit, entrepreneurial team, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities and be able to provide support with energy, creativity and a can-do attitude.
This will be a challenging and dynamic role with the opportunity to take the lead on various aspects of running the business. You will work directly with the directors to help run the business smoothly and support the wider team as required.
Core responsibilities will cover:
Business Management - minutes, invoicing, reconciliation, research and data analysisManagement Information - confidential and sensitive informationClient Communication - the first point of contact, telephone and face to face meet & greetOffice / Building Management - managing the office environment, insurances, policies and risk assessmentsDiary Management - team meetings, client meetings, travel and eventsMarketing - social media pages, email marketing lists and eventsCompliance - reports for external consultants and internal checksAd hoc projectsBenefits
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 FTEDiscretionary BonusPension25 days holidayAdditional Information
Full-time or part-time depending on experience and availability. Our role is intrinsically office-based, subject to government guidance and Covid measures, because of its responsibilities and colleague liaison. There is a degree of flexibility that can be discussed.
