We are pleased to be supporting this organisation in their search for a Customer Relationship Manager Lead. As CRM Lead you'll lead the implementation of the organisation's Marketing Strategy for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service and embedding a culture of CRM in the organisation. You'll also Support the Customer Relations Team in delivering high quality customer communications across digital platforms and via the phone in support of marketing campaigns; ensuring we engaging diverse audiences, increase awareness, drive footfall and generate revenue.

This is a really exciting opportunity to lead on the development of the Customer Relations System managing its implementation with ticketing, fundraising, finance and enquiries functions. You'll drive the organisation's understanding of the customer journey and increasing customer loyalty/retention, through evaluation of the digital touchpoints and improvement of the visitor experience.

Our CRM Lead will have:

- Experience of a range of customer database platforms

- A strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies

- A track record of delivering ROI from carefully deployed customer journey segmentation

- Experience of working with key stakeholders across a variety of areas to gather requirements & deliver a customised CRM service
