SOUS CHEF | TANDOOR CHEF | IMMIDIATE START
Opening Hours 5.30pm-10.30pm 7 days
2 positions avaiable
We are looking for a sous chef who is passionate about cooking.
The ideal candidate for this position must have minimum 1 years experience as a sous chef.
Be responsible for assigning work in the kitchen, preparing streetfood, kitchen inventory management and partnering with other kitchen staff to come up with innovative dishes to add to our menu.
Create schedules for kitchen staff..
Train new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes.
Ensure all staff members adhere to culinary standards and regulations.
Track, record and replenish inventory as needed..
Keep up to date with kitchen cleanliness and a high health and hygiene standard.
Degree in catering & management is preferred but not compulsory.
Experience preparing Indian dishes including street food.
Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures.
High level of creativity and reliability.
