Researcher Berkhamsted - Researcher role and Trainee Recruitment Consultant role in Berkhamsted - Permanent Role - Take your passion and interest for Mental Health and Special Educational Needs, Social justice in a new direction.

Office Location: Berkhamsted

I am looking for graduates who are genuinely interested in the issues associated with Mental Health, Social Justice, Youth Advocacy, Criminal Justice and Special Educational Needs. A key element of this role is sincerity, taking the time to care to find the right individuals to raise mental health and academic attainment within our client schools.

You will be looking for and providing the therapists, psychologists, youth/criminal justice officers and teachers of the future. The role is nuanced as different candidates are required for each context and school, not all candidates are suitable for every role, or, will be interested in every role.

You will be trained intensively on many different areas:

Responsibilities within the Researcher and Trainee Recruitment Consultant role

**Finding suitable candidates to work in Alternative Provisions, Specialist SEN schools and colleges for students with Complex Learning Needs

**Understanding the needs of your schools AND candidates, assessing the requirements of schools and their vulnerable students

**Considering the factors that affect approaches to mental health within different schools and families

**Resourcing suitable teachers, TAs and LSAs for our Recruitment Consultants across the South East of England

**Treating each candidate with respect, being able to assess who and who isn't suitable to work within these contexts with vulnerable children

**Getting candidates clear for work as quickly as possible

**Progression - Opportunities and natural progression to become a Recruitment Consultant if that is a key objective

Details

**£18-20k plus an outstanding commission for each candidate you place with our Consultants

**Monday to Friday, flexible working times, 8am to 5:30pm for example - however, you will need to do different activities at different times leading to a flexible working times.

**Based in our Vibrant Office with 6 other team members, WFH opportunities based on performance
