Lincolnshire Police is proud to be establishing a new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Team and they invite you to apply to join them in some new and exciting roles and play a critical part in leading, supporting and advising the whole organisation in all matters relating to EDI as they strive to embed it throughout the organisation and in their relationship with communities.
Their three policing purposes are simple - to stop crime and anti-social behaviour, protect people from harm, and help those in need. A key enabler in their success is the people who work for them and their relationship with the communities they serve.
At Lincolnshire Police, their values and behaviours are just as important as their skills and abilities and these new roles will support their people and communities and be visible champions for cultural change in EDI related matters.
The organisation are excited to offer the following roles based at Force Headquarters in Nettleham:
- Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (Full Time 37 hours per week)
- Salary: SG6 £53,664 - £57,933 per annum
- Positive Action & Engagement Officer x 2 (Full Time 37 hours per week)
- Salary: SG1 £27,774 - £31,725 per annum
- EDI Skills and Knowledge Facilitator (Part Time 22 hours per week)
- Salary: SG2 £32,673 - £36,369 per annum based on full time 37 hours per week
