The Learning & Teaching Academy is looking for an experienced education developer to join its growing team.

The Education Developer will support the enhancement of learning, teaching and the student learning experience at Cardiff University through the development and delivery of activities, initiatives and resources designed to support curriculum review and (re) design.

The postholder(s) will contribute directly to programme design alongside academic colleagues, as well as providing specialist advice and consultancy to the academic community. The role will involve working in partnership with schools and programme teams and in collaboration with specialist colleagues from the Learning and Teaching Academy as well as other professional departments to support curriculum transformation across Cardiff University.

The postholder(s) will provide specialist advice and consultancy to Senior Education Developers and the academic community. The role will include designing and delivering continuing professional development events and resources across a range of learning and teaching/curricula-related themes to support schools and programme teams to develop excellent quality, student-centred, inclusive and engaging curricula that is responsive to student feedback.

This is a full-time, open-ended position.
