A Workflow Application Executive / Workflow Support Advisor, who has practical experience of digital workflows and applications, is needed to join the UK’s leading end-to-end media production solutions company. Working remotely, you will play a vital role in providing application, technical and workflow support, and advice for some of the world’s most recognised broadcasting, production, publishing, and advertising companies.

By merging cutting edge technology, innovative thinking and industry expertise, this production solutions company works with everyone from broadcasters, gaming companies, advertising agencies to post-production companies. Reporting to the Head of Cloud Operations the Workflow Application Executive / Workflow Support Advisor will gather information about user experience and system performance, and train and support the internal Production Operations team and client’s technical staff.

In more detail the Workflow Application Executive / Workflow Support Advisor will:

• Provide testing and feedback on delivered projects / services for clients
• Edit Applications, primarily Adobe Creative Cloud tools, Avid Media Composer and Media Central
• Instigate and provide service transition for cloud ops projects
• Review escalated trends for workflow and applications issues to help minimise ongoing issues and share knowledge with internal teams.
• Advise teams on cloud-based workflows and application configuration.
• Provide client demos of cloud-based workflows and application usage
• Work with the internal teams to understand gaps in support and service transition process for deployed products and services
• Develop new workflows for cloud editing, optimise tools and identify innovative practice

In short, you will help define and refine the technical and workflow processes from ingest through to delivery and oversee the knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams. You must care about client satisfaction, be enthusiastic and organised, think creatively and always seek innovative and efficient ways of working.

To qualify… You could be a Workflow Application Executive / Workflow Support Advisor / Application Support Analyst / Software Support Analyst / Software Support Executive / Workflow Support Engineer / Client Support Analyst / Technical Support Analyst / Technical Support Executive or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

• Creative workflow and application experience.
• Success in defining and delivering creative workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical workflow design background, with experience in creative applications such as Adobe, Avid and BlackMagic
• Excellent teamwork skills
• The ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• The ability to take a holistic and strategic view of the business process, leveraging a deep understanding of end-to-end creative requirements.
• Excellent rapport building via phone, email, and face-to-face delivery of workflows and solutions at a creative user level.
• The ability to work with typical tool sets, including Jira, Outlook, Dynamics 365 CRM, Excel, etc.
