- You must be able to plan, develop and deliver effective and high quality lessons.
- The post is open to candidates who have been in a similar role before, or who seek their first role in leadership.
- You must be able to teach KS3, KS4 and KS5.
- A good history and track record for teaching is essential.
- You must also have taught recently in state school settings, not further education.
- You must hold Qualified Teacher Status.
