Role: HR Administrator

Location: Wilmslow, Hybrid split of home and office.
Full-time, permanent
Salary: £22,000 pa

The Role
We are looking to develop your HR skills and allow you to flourish into that HR leader that you might be dreaming about becoming! You might have graduated and be wondering how you get the exposure and experience to progress, or you might be working towards HR qualifications and need someone to take that chance on you. You will learn more with us in one year than you will in five years somewhere else.

You will be involved in updating HR documentation for our clients, ensuring that their contracts of employment, employee handbooks and policies are up to date in line with employment legislation changes. (Please note, there will be support available to identify what changes in legislation will mean to our clients, their contracts, handbooks and policies).

In addition, you will provide support for our clients in relation to simple requests in respect of their HR documentation. For example, a client may require additional contracts or specific amends in their handbook to reflect changes in their business.

Responsibilities & Duties

Our client base covers a wide range of UK industries and businesses, so no two days are the same. As your development progresses, you will take ownership of more complex client requests, and talking clients through changes to be made to their HR documentation.
We will support you to enable you to provide a first-rate service to our clients on a wide range of employment law and HR issues such as terms and conditions, disciplinary and grievance, sickness and absence, performance and misconduct, TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, dismissal, employee relations, recruitment etc.

The Person
* A basic knowledge of HR and Employment Law and we will support you with the rest!
* Have an appetite to learn and grow your knowledge
* Tact, diplomacy, an eye for detail and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
* Display integrity and professionalism at all times
* Be self-motivated and able to work within a team.
