Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and technical Cloud Architect to join our established and growing capability. If you have experience of operating at a Senior Manager level or leading pods of DevOps engineers and want to be part of many challenging and business-focussed customer transformation journeys, then this could be for you.
As a Cloud Architect your responsibilities will include.
Technical escalation point for complex Azure deployments and projects. Including taking responsibility for architectural decisions, technology and tool choices, from design through to run
Recognising & realising your Team’s true potential
The development of more junior colleagues through career coaching and mentoring
Produce consistently superior results through collaboration, innovation, attitude & approach
Cloud Architect Skills & Experience Required
Azure Certified (AWS or GCP Certification would be a bonus)
Apply Azure or Terraform skills to deploy, upgrade or fix solutions
Guide teams through troubleshooting production issues and coordinate with development teams to streamline code deployment
Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines)
Collaborate with teams to improve tools, systems and procedures, and data security
Review and approve your teams input during systems tests for security, performance, and availability
Create design and troubleshooting documentation, including authoring High Level Design documentation
Skilled in container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
Strategically design, built and expand on monitoring, reporting, governance and optimisation solutions with a view to achieving maximum automation and world class managed services
