Description
Benslow Music (BM) is a leading provider of short residential courses in music and related subjects, principally for adults, with an extensive concert series, based in Hitchin, Herts. The Benslow Music Instrument Loan Scheme provides quality musical instruments to young people, and its trading arm Benslow Music Enterprises for non-music activities including a Bed and Breakfast concern.
The organisation seeks an exceptional person to provide strategic and operational leadership, to develop new initiatives and collaborations making its offer accessible to as wide and diverse a population as possible, to secure sustainable funding streams, build strategic alliances and represent BM regionally, nationally and internationally as it moves towards its centenary in 2029 and beyond.
