Campbell Tickell are pleased to be recruiting to the role of Board and Committee Members at Eastlight Community Homes.

Eastlight Community Homes is a vibrant and ambitious, resident-led housing association. We own and look after 12,500 social homes and plan to invest £130m in our existing homes and build 3,800 new affordable homes by 2025. Our success comes from our trailblazing community focused approach, working side by side with our residents and communities, to help create safe, affordable homes and neighbourhoods that people are proud to live in.

Excellence in governance is also a key element of our success. We are now looking to appoint two new Board colleagues. For one of these two roles, we are looking for someone with a significant senior management background in residential housing development or asset investment who will join our Investment Committee.

For the other, we would like to hear from high quality candidates with senior and/or Board-level experience across governance, regulation or strategic HR & OD and who will join our Governance & People Committee.
