Our client, a forward-thinking progressive global branding and strategy agency are looking for an HR Manager to join an established team.
How would you like to lead on people-centric projects, making this agency one of the best places to work? We are looking for an HR Manager to really own the London office, a team of around 70. We want someone who can really push on D&I. The agency is already making great strides within this field but there is always more to do and we want someone who loves this side of the role!
You will work internationally and collaborate with other HR Managers coming together monthly to make business-critical decisions and ensure alignment across the offices. You will coach and lead managers, assessing needs and gaps and formulating a plan to help them lead from the front. You will be an influencer - someone who can deal with SLT comfortably and not be afraid to have difficult conversations when necessary. This is an all-encompassing role and you will have a chance to get involved in lots of projects as well as supporting operationally. You will also be line managing a brilliant Advisor and Intern.
The ideal candidate will come from a media/creative background and be comfortable working at pace.
