This is an exciting opportunity to use your first class organisational, administrative and multi-tasking skills to play a key HR role in a leading independent day school based in the heart of Oxford.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, this key role will provide administrative HR support for recruitment, induction and employee life cycle, as well as liaising with the Girls' Day School Trust payroll department, training and assisting with first line HR enquiries. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team as well as with teachers, administrative staff, external agencies and applicants, this role requires the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR administration, strong organisation and time management skills, and be a team player, ideally with experience in a school environment. You will also need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to sustain a high level of efficiency and attention to detail. You will also need to be a competent user of the Microsoft Office suite of packages and databases.
