About the role
We are currently looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join our new and growing Deals Insights and Analytics (DIA) unit. The successful applicant will be focusing on delivering administrative and business development support to the unit and will have a high degree of autonomy, using their organisational ability and initiative in completion of tasks.
Key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and reporting of target assets for potential deals
Maintaining PwC’s historical deals’ information and collating deal information from senior team members
Supporting the team with their recruitment process
Coordinating and attending internal team meetings, organising guest speakers/presenters, producing slides and producing action points post meeting
Assisting with internal newsletters / weekly “Feed”
Being the central contact point within the team for ad hoc queries and for maintaining shared team folders, team charts and contact lists
Supporting the team with proposals using relevant credentials and citations
Coordinating client events, including managing invite list, dealing with delegate queries and logistical arrangements
Assisting with team social events
Key skills required:
Well organised and able to prioritise workload, manage expectations and challenge where necessary
The ability to work proactively without direct supervision
Excellent MS office (with a particular focus on Powerpoint and Excel) and Google Suite skills
Be numerate and analytical with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of staff
