Fantastic opportunity to build upon your project management experience by leading a portfolio of policy and corporate change projects within a high-profile national regulator.

Based within the Corporate Projects team, working with other Project Managers and with the support of Programme Managers, you will be responsible for:

• working closely with key stakeholders to obtain the ‘voice of the customer’ when developing business requirements;
• identifying with the business the project objectives, benefits, scope and deliverables;
• developing project plans and managing/tracking project progress against them;
• managing risks, issues, change and costs for all allocated projects;
• providing regular and timely reports to project sponsors, boards and key stakeholders;
• producing, updating and maintaining key project documentation throughout the project life cycle including project closure and benefits realisation.

In this role, you could choose to be based in either our London or our Birmingham office on a hybrid basis - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

About you:

You will offer experience of project management ideally within business change and/or policy, however other suitable project management experience will be considered. A Prince 2 practitioner would be desirable, or otherwise you will have demonstrable experience of working within a structured project environment.

Excellent analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.You will need to be comfortable presenting ideas/proposals and engaging with others to refine them.
