The Head of Quality is a pivotal role within our Ofsted Grade 2 Adult Learning Service, leading and inspiring the service team and our network of subcontracted providers on our journey to Outstanding. The ideal candidate will have a real passion and enthusiasm for teaching and learning, with proven ability to drive quality improvement across a broad curriculum offer. This is a senior management role with the postholder having the confidence and credibility to work with multiple stakeholders including colleges, learning providers and of course learners to meet the needs and expectations of a diverse borough.
