When Bravas opened in April 2012, it was our ambition to create an authentic Spanish tapas bar with high quality food and drinks. Bravas is famous for its intimate atmosphere, simple traditional tapas dishes, and an ever-changing wine list. A relaxed environment where our customers can step away from the stresses of their everyday life, Bravas encourages everyone to spend a couple of hours just living in the moment. Now a Bristol institution, Bravas always provides a warm welcome and fantastic food and drink.

We like to keep it simple but high quality, from the ingredients we use in our food through to the way we greet our guests. In delivering a fantastic experience to our customers, we have a good time ourselves, and this shows up in everything we do.

Building our Bravas community is important to us, and that means being committed to creating lasting and considerate relationships with local people, our suppliers, and most importantly our team.

We have several brands in Bristol, a coffee shop, a Spanish Tapas bar, a Mexican cantina, and a fish/seafood tapas bar, all with their own unique personality and charm. But all Season + Taste settings have the same three objectives at their core:
