The starting salary for this position is £27,991 per annum, working 36 hours per week.

This position will be based at Merrow Complex in Guildford; however, you will be working with people based in offices across the county and business travel may be required. We adopt an agile working policy which means you will spend part of your week working from home.

We are looking for a Customer and Communities Support Officer within our Environment, Transport and Infrastructure service to support on projects which ensure our customers receive a consistent, accessible and excellent customer service experience.

Reporting to the Customer & Communities Manager, you will be:

  • Providing a range of project support on a variety of customer service projects
  • Working closely with ETI colleagues and supporting meetings and workshops
  • Gathering and analysing data, including research and benchmarking
  • Producing, maintaining and distributing project documentation

To be shortlisted for an interview your application will clearly evidence experience in:

  • Customer enquiry handling

  • Data analysis
  • Communication with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Organisation and prioritisation
  • MS Excel and Powerpoint
