Springhill Hospice has a really exciting opportunity to lead a fantastic fundraising, retail and marketing team. As Head of Income Generation and Marketing you will drive forward our plans to grow our income and to reach and support more people living with a life limiting illness within the borough of Rochdale.

As we set out our next 5 year strategy, you will lead the development of the income generation strategy, playing your part in ensuring the financial sustainability of the Hospice, meaning the people of HMR get the best possible palliative and end of life care.

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and ambitious individual who can inspire and motivate others. The successful candidate will embrace digital opportunities and maximise the efficiency and return on investment of all our income streams whilst raising the profile of Springhill Hospice.
