We need a Marketing Manager to be at the heart of implementing our ambitious, customer-centric growth plan.
Holleys curate and deliver a range of premium foods to excite customers and increase basket spend in our customers’ stores. We partner with 3000 small and medium farm shops, garden centres, specialty retailers, convenience stores and corporate buyers to supply a complete choice of hand-selected ambient products. As a longstanding leader in the premium grocery and wholesale sector we understand the pressures of food retail, so we constantly strive to provide the personal, exceptional service we know makes a difference to our customers.
Based in Avonmouth, just off the M5 and a short drive from Bristol city centre; we’re moving to bigger and better premises in the same area in March 2023. The friendly, informal office includes management, sales and customer service staff, with the warehouse and logistics teams working close by. Candidates will need at least 3 years of experience in an in-house or marketing agency role encompassing all of the central marketing disciplines. Sector understanding in retail, wholesale and/or premium foods/beverages would be an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day marketing management of the marketing output of the business. Central point of contact for customer-facing & internal campaign planning.
- Sales & Product team partnership. Liaise closely to ensure through the funnel focus on target audiences and opportunities. Provide support as needed for promotions, presentations and events.
- External agencies & suppliers. Write briefs, manage relationships & output
- Content management includes catalogs and brochures, blogs and web content.
- Social. Manage Holleys’ social media presence, content calendar and analytics. Monitor competition and partner channels. Work with the Sales team on ABM lead nurture using LinkedIn.
- Website. Website updates as required, working with graphic designer and web developer. Digital analytics monitoring. Keyword analysis and ensuring SEO best practice.
- CRM, email and lead nurture campaigns. Regular pipeline meetings with the sales team. Analytics reporting.
- Marketing strategy and analysis. Support the Marketing Director in commercial, strategic & budgetary planning. Strategic input into marketing planning; market and customer research, competitor analysis.
