Our client is currently looking for a Events and Services Administrator to join their team based in their Sheffield office or working remotely. You will join them on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extending and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £19,380 per annum.
Our client is an independent charity supporting thousands of people across the UK who suffer from tinnitus and advising medical professionals across the world on how to help those living with tinnitus. About the Events and Services Administrator role:
They are looking for an Events and Services Administrator to enhance their services team.
The purpose of this role is to play a vital role in delivering their successful face-to-face and online events and training programme as well as providing administrative support across all BTA services.
The experience they’re looking for in their Events and Services Administrator:
- Event administration including registrations, liaising with speakers and delivering face-to face or virtual events to public or professional audiences
- Scheduling virtual meetings, workshops, and webinars, using platforms such as Zoom Meetings and Microsoft Teams
- Responding to enquiries in a timely and accurate manner via the phone, email etc.
