Our Brand and Content (Social) team plan, coordinate, commission, make, deliver and moderate an evolving calendar of content across our adult and children facing social channels.

We’re looking for someone to lead this team.

A brand, trends and social channels expert, you’ll have a proven track record of leading and developing a brands social expression. You’ll lead your team to deliver authentic, timely, targeted, creative and effective content to optimise the NSPCCs reach, relevance and reputation.

You’ll have strategic management and oversight of all NSPCC and Childline social media channels. You’ll inspire your team to attract and deepen engagement with our communities through an engaging mix of paid and organic content.

And you’ll be responsible for measuring, analysing and reporting channel performance, including sharing and presenting results and insights across the organisation.
