We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a well-established organisation with offices across UK and Europe. This is the ideal opportunity for a talented Marketing manager with a background in either construction or manufacturing to play an important role to head up the marketing for one of the organisations divisions.


What you’ll be doing?

• Maintains in-depth knowledge of the markets in which the brand operates – sectors, customer
  types, routes to market, competitors, technical standards, regulatory standards and market trends.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the business unit including operations, technical, sales, distribution, marketing and supply chain in order to make informed plans and strategies based on companies' strengths and improve weaknesses.

• Creates and manages the marketing plan for the product range utilising where needed external & internal marketing expertise in line with the strategy.

• Ensures that product range has a coherent positioning and clear value proposition and is completely aligned with the overall brand and business strategy. Ensures that this is clearly and well understood by all relevant stakeholders.

• Utilise or develop digital tools to promote the brand to reduce costs and improve the customer experience.

• Work closely with Technical Team to assist and influence NPD in line with business goals.

What experience you’ll need to apply?

• A strong background in Marketing working within either Construction or Manufacturing sectors

• Commercial-driven marketing experience approach and the ability to make informed decisions with a data-driven approach.

• Confident, engaging character able to build relationships, work with and influence people at all levels of an organisation, internal
• Able to translate complex issues into straightforward language.

• Displays initiative – able to make things happen, rather than waiting for them to happen or to be told to make them happen; but also understands the importance of teamwork.

• Strong analytical skills, understands how to interpret performance data, what it means and how to develop action plans from it.
