Woking, Surrey GU21 4LL

If you have a background in research or insights, this is an incredible opportunity to use your expertise to save our planet. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world. And at WWF UK we are focused on doing something about it. Join us as Insights Manager in our Advocacy & Campaigns department, and use your skills to help shape and super-charge WWF campaigns.

The Insights Manager is a new role in our newly formed Behavioural Science Team that will deliver a comprehensive programme of insights to inform our campaigns, programmes and policy development on tackling climate change in the UK, particularly on land and agriculture. Using your analytical skills and experience, you will help transform the way we campaign by better harnessing evidence about the behaviours and values of public, political and business audiences.

The Insights Manager will be confident with data of all kinds, resourceful, logical and analytical. Adept at considering issues from other viewpoints, they will have an audience and impact first approach to using research and commissioning focus groups, dialogues and surveys. Your programme will deliver outputs that identify successful narratives and ways to encourage our audiences to take action. The Insights Manager will manage a budget of £100-£200k.

Every role at WWF is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you. Here at WWF, we are committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose. We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.

Our policies and benefits reflect the importance of people being able to have a good work-life balance and being able to bring their ‘full self’ to work.

Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We are looking for people who are passionate about making it politically, socially and economically
