Academics are currently looking for a key stage 1 teacher for an outstanding primary school in the East London borough of Newham. This position is on long term supply to begin with, with the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate in September. We are looking for teachers who are available for an April start. The primary school will consider good ECT's/NQT's and Overseas trained teachers with QTS.

Academics are recruiting for a Year 1 vacancy at an outstanding primary school in the East London borough of Newham. The school has high standards and high expectations of their staff to ensure the school continues to be outstanding long into the future. This position will be on long term supply with the opportunity for a permanent position for the right teacher. This is for an April start and the daily rate will be determined based on your experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous key stage 1 or Year 1 experience however all primary teaching experience will be taken into account. ECT's/NQT's/OTT's may also apply. We are looking for hard working teachers who are looking to progress in their careers. You will need to be organised and caring to ensure that the students are taught interesting and well planned lessons.
This is a large primary school in Newham with an Outstanding Ofsted. There are good local transport routes available making the primary school easily accessible. The headteacher has an open door policy and will ensure that all new starts have the required support in place to give them the best chance possible to succeed in the school.
