Salary: £88,404 - £98,268

Nottinghamshire is a diverse County blending rurality and large urban areas, a place of contrasts with beautiful open spaces and areas of more and less advantage. We have great schools and the services we provide to the most vulnerable children and families are good. But we aspire to achieve more, and this is where you come in! We are looking for a leader to join our children and families team, who will aspire to achieve more for Nottinghamshire’s children and their families.

Nottinghamshire children’s services have been judged Good in our last two Ofsted inspections. Our children and families are kept safe. We embrace a relational and strengths based approach to practice, but where intervention is necessary we act swiftly to ensure the best outcome is achieved. But Good isn’t good enough! This is an excellent opportunity for you to work with a committed and engaged team who strive to do better, working across our communities and with partners.
