Personal Assistant

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and efficient PA/administrator to support the Surmaster – the Senior Deputy Head of St Paul's School.

This is a busy and varied role, which includes the line management of the School Secretary, liaison with Heads of Departments and a close working relationship with Human Resources on teaching staff related matters.

The successful applicant will have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as have strong verbal and written communication skills with a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude. Although experience of working in education is not essential, applicants must have a strong desire to work in a School.
