This is a full-time, permanent position. However, we will consider 0.9 or 0.8 FTE (30-34 hours per week).

Location is flexible, however travel is expected to our central London office at least twice a month and for induction.

About the role:

We are looking for a Legal and Compliance Manager to join the team to deliver high quality and efficient legal support to important stakeholders across Frontline. You will report to the Director of Finance and Compliance and line manage the Data Protection and Compliance Officer, working closely to meet our team's ambitious objectives. Your role will involve reviewing and preparing contracts, managing informal and formal complaints in line with our policy, and overseeing Frontline's processes and approach to data protection, information security and compliance.

A little bit about you:

You will be a qualified junior lawyer or paralegal skilled in working on legal issues and contracts and advising on practical applications of the law, and/or someone with significant experience reviewing and drafting contracts (for example supplier contracts and / or funding agreements) and liaising with external lawyers.

To excel in this challenging role, you will have the ability to understand complex information, draw conclusions and disseminate clearly to others. You will demonstrate sound judgement when assessing risk, and you will be highly organised with excellent project management and communication skills.
