Description

We are seeking to appoint a number of people to join our Facilities Team. The successful applicants will provide a student customer, caretaking and security service around the Weston Colleges Campuses.

You will undertake duties including, but not limited to:

• Ensuring that the premises are properly maintained, and all lighting and heating systems and equipment are functioning.
• Undertaking minor repairs and decorations as requested.
• Receiving deliveries of goods made to the premises and conveying such items to other parts of the premises.
• Setting the alarm system and securing the building and campuses at the end of the College day.
• Carrying out grounds maintenance to the College estate, including grass, shrubs, trees and flowerbeds as required.
