We are seeking a super collaborative and organised Product Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager and working closely with our Content and Sales teams, you will help support the product marketing plans including new feature and content launches to drive high product usage amongst our paying audience.

This is a key role for an up-and-coming marketing professional to really develop their copywriting, email marketing and marketing planning skills to support renewals and increase lifetime value of our customers.

The role sits in the marketing team but will be working closely with content, account management and customer success so suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively.

What you would be doing:

  • Maintain and increase product usage from our core customers using well written email campaigns
  • Support the Product Marketing Manager on implementation of the go to market plan for new feature launches
  • Make full use of all digital channels to increase brand and product feature awareness
  • Help ensure brand and product messaging consistency on all customer touchpoints
  • Report on usage stats and trends for all key product features, identifying areas of concern or opportunity
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and content teams to ensure campaigns are prioritised appropriately
  • Manage and optimise onboarding campaigns for new users, working closely with customer success
  • Manage LBR exhibition attendance at key conferences throughout the year

Who are you:

  • A highly skilled copy writer with demonstrable experience writing effective and compelling B2B marketing emails
  • Organised, calm under pressure and with a meticulous attention to detail
  • You prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Experienced with utilising digital channels to increase brand awareness
  • Experience managing event attendance with exhibition stands through contradeals or sponsorship is desirable.
  • Comfortable using marketing automation platforms to set up successful email campaign series and reporting on results.
  • You will have at least 1 – 2 years in a marketing position, preferably in a B2B organisation with multiple brands.
