Description
The Spring is a small place where big things happen.
We are an ambitious and vibrant arts centre and accredited museum serving Havant Borough, Hampshire and the surrounding region. We pride ourselves on the relationship we have and the work we create and present for and with our community. We are proud to be part of Arts Council England’s National Portfolio.
We are now looking for a new Director & Chief Executive to lead The Spring through the next stage of its development. Working with our board and talented team, you will help us to deliver our future plans, working with our audiences, community, funders and stakeholders to build on and develop what makes The Spring so special.
The role comprises leadership, artistic programming, financial management and fundraising, producing and audience development. It is an exciting position heading up an organisation that is using culture to address local needs and delivering Arts Council England's "Let's Create" strategy.
