We are hiring a Finance Officer OR Finance Manager (depending on experience and qualifications) to join the team at Latin American House. Working alongside – or, if you are hired as Manager, supervising – our current Finance Officer, you will be responsible for all financial matters at the organisation, including (but not limited to): financial planning and management, accounting, payroll, and fundraising.

Reporting to the Director and liaising directly with the trustees and all departments, you will be expected to provide input into the charity’s strategic development while ensuring a strong internal controls environment. At the same time, this is a hands-on role with responsibility for improving and streamlining the financial aspects and systems of the organisation.
