Description
This role involves supporting people living with complex needs in a day service setting, supporting them to maintaining their independence and skills to achieve a good standard of health and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will be expected to work toward a QCF level 2 in health and social care; Supervision and identified training will be available to support you to succeed within the role.
