A truly incredible Tower Hamlets SEN School are looking to appoint a SENCo / Inclusion Manager. This full-time and permanent position is open to both experienced SENCos and those in the early stages of their training.

The Headteacher is looking for a SENCo with substantial post 16 teaching experience, exceptional SEN knowledge and the commitment to creating a positive impact within the lives of the students.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• SENCo / Inclusion Manager / AHT for Inclusion
• Work closely alongside the Head Teacher
• Completing EHCP paper work
• 1:1 assessment for SEN pupils
• You may occasionally be required to teach within the classroom
• ASAP or September 2022 start
• Full-time & permanent school contract
• Inner London Leadership Pay Scale, dependent upon experience
• Up to £46,000 per year
• Located in the Borough of Tower Hamlets

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

• Qualified Primary SENCos and those wishing to study for the NASENCo Award are encouraged to apply
• You MUST hold UK QTS and have UK primary teaching experience
• Excellent understanding of the SEN Code of Practice & Primary Curriculum
• Ability to communicate well & excellent management skills
• Down to earth, passionate & empathetic individual
