Description

As Commissioning & Projects Officer, you will lead on specific projects and work streams related to Transition across the whole commissioning cycle, including needs / data analysis, project design and development as well as project management and monitoring to ensure effective and efficient project delivery. You will identify opportunities for closer partnership working and you will be responsible for maintaining, developing and building partnerships internally and externally to influence and support the achievement of key initiatives.

You will collate and analyse data and information to inform the development and delivery of the projects under your remit and provide guidance and support to the multiagency Transition Steering Group. You will manage a communication plan that focuses on robust messages about the need for any changes that are being proposed and implemented. You will work with stakeholders to ensure that they are aware of the project milestones and the achievement of agreed deadlines.

To deliver robust governance frameworks that facilitate the meaningful involvement of citizens, service users, service providers and front line staff in every stage of the commissioning cycle.
