Marketing and Communications Manager
Would you like to work for a social sector consultancy and recruitment provider, leading on the marketing and communications activities?
Position: Marketing and Communications Manager
Location: Homebased, although office space in London is available if required
Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Part time, 2 days per week / 8 days per month, flexible
Closing date: Monday 25th April
You will be working for an organisation whose mission is to help charities and social enterprises develop their capacity.
They provide consultancy support and advice across a wide range of areas, including strategy, governance, impact, evaluation, culture, diversity, digital, data protection, mergers and partnerships and income generation. They offer specialist interim, executive recruitment and search services to the not-for-profit sector. They are also committed to sharing learning from their work and experience with the sector, either via their foundation or through publications, round-tables or events.
Summary of the role:
This focus of this role is on supporting the business development and impact goals through marketing and communications activities across all channels (digital, events, thought leadership etc). You will be supporting business development executives working on a diverse portfolio of services and targets focused on creating and retaining relationships, new business opportunities and raising our profile.
Main duties will include:
- To deliver and maintain annual comms plans supporting the overall aims and goals
- To support the business development executives by coordinating, managing and learning from Business Development campaigns
- To support the launch of the upcoming rebrand and new website
- To support the organisation to maintain and raise its profile, via online and offline channels e.g. digital presence, thought leadership, events and other communications work
- To support the Head of Systems and Practice with the management of marketing data and systems
