Working as part of the Production Management Team, on a Continental Shift pattern, the successful applicant will be highly motivated, focused and driven, demonstrating a positive can do and safe attitude together with excellent self-organisation and motivation skills. You will lead and motivate the shift to ensure that health and safety is paramount, output is achieved to a high quality, and at the right cost whilst balancing priorities to make informed decisions. You will also drive and maintain housekeeping standards across the factory.

Ideally, you will have corrugated industry experience, and be familiar with print, die cutting and gluing machines. You will be keen to progress, and take on the challenge of supporting the factory expansion in the coming years.

You will have:

  • Proven experience gained in a production environment, managing a team
  • Good level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Ability to delegate tasks
  • Excellent attention today detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent timekeeping
