A very exciting role for an innovative, enthusiastic Marketing Manager, who enjoys being hands-on, action focused, strategic and dreaming big! Based in Edinburgh, you will join a fantastic charity and social enterprise whose vision is that everyone has a safe place to call home. They help people break the cycle of homelessness through innovative supported employment and housing solutions, and give out over 250,000 items of free food year-round through our coffee shops and community networks.

This brand-new role has been created to drive marketing across the group – bringing together marketing strategy and activity that supports delivery and growth across our various products, services, projects and campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to use your creative thinking and marketing ideas to help shape the growth and impact of a ground-breaking organisation as they reflect on an incredible 10 years and embark on the next steps towards their vision. There is a real opportunity to see the impact of your work.

You will work with a supportive Manager, who is passionate about marketing and will help offer guidance and direction but is keen to find someone who enjoys having the freedom to be creative and work independently. You will also have the opportunity to work with the Great British Bake Off winner, who is coming up with ideas and recipes for their brownie business.

You will be joining a fast-paced team that has a ‘family-feel’, they are passionate and caring and you will work closely with their Co-founder, who has won accolades such as a Pride of Britain Award.

If you have the following experience, then I’d love to hear from you;

• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics

• Experience in a marcomms environment, having led on various marketing projects.

• Experience of implementing digital strategies to grow followers, or increase visits to websites- including digital advertising and SEO

• Proven track record of successful results from marketing initiatives

• Experience of setting and managing budgets

Salary £30,000-35,000

Location Edinburgh

Hybrid- 1-2 days a week in the office, 3 days flexibly.

Permanent, full time
