Description
We require a suitably qualified / experienced and dynamic person to provide 1:1 support to a young man with a Learning Disability to access community and service based opportunities enabling independence and personal outcomes.
The Service offers an innovative and collaborative approach to meeting the needs of our client group. You will be responsible for the assessment of allocated work, provide support and training to individual clients/service users based within the Services. You will also be responsible for completing progress reports and liaising partner agencies.
