A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of College Student Services within our College of Arts.
You will be a key member of the College professional services leadership team and will lead the delivery of a highly efficient and effective Student Services provision across the College, enabling the successful delivery of the College’s strategic objectives evidenced by a step change improvement in key performance measures both internal and external.
In this strategic business partnering role, you will work alongside senior academic leads with complementary responsibilities across the College to inform the shape of the Student Services. Reporting to the Director of College Professional Services, you will be a significant contributor towards the broader remit of informing, leading and successful delivery of the future shape of professional services in line with the College and University’s strategic direction.
You will have demonstrable experience in project management and strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously. You will hold a broad knowledge of financial management, data integrity and insightful analytics to inform high quality decision making. With a strong background in leading high performing teams, you will have experience of providing service excellence within large, complex organisations.
You will have the gravitas to influence and have a strong customer service orientation and focus as well as the ability to empower and motivate others to deliver a high-performance culture.
