Description

We are seeking to appoint a Plumber to play a key role within the Estates Department at Bradfield College.

Your responsibilities will include undertaking bathroom refurbishments and general plumbing maintenance on a wide range of heating and water systems across the estate.

The working hours will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A City & Guilds plumbing qualification or equivalent
• Considerable post qualification practical experience
• Experience of working on bathroom refurbishments e.g. tiling and sanitaryware installation
• Experience of general plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Experience of undertaking general plumbing installations
• Experience of assisting in larger heating system installations under the guidance and supervision of team members

You will be expected to work flexibly, which will include being part of the rota to cover emergency out of hours call-outs.
