We are currently recruiting for: Head of Estates and Environment
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Location of role: Hybrid - remote working with regular travel to services

As a member of the senior leadership team, the post holder will provide advice to the Executive regarding all estates and facilities services including sustainability and the environment.
The Individual:
The successful applicant will:
- Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with significant levels of experience in a senior estates/facilities management position in a large and complex organisation
- Evidence a proven record of success in managing operational change and service transformation/integration while developing and maintaining high standards of quality
- Demonstrate professional and specialist knowledge across a range of Estates/Facilities activities, plus financial, managerial and strategic knowledge.
- Exhibit excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team of Estates/Facilities professionals in order to meet business objectives.
- Confirm extensive experience of dealing with a wide range of regulators and producing action plans in response to regulators inspections/audits
- Evidence the ability to interpret specialist health service policies and procedures relating to estates and environment so these can be understood.
- Hold Advanced ICT skills (powerpoint, excel, word, and apps such as Nozbe and Teams)
- Act as the Organizational Lead for Health and Safety ensuring Nugent comply with statutory regulations such as the Fire and Health & Safety legislation and maintain up to date records on the estate, in compliance with legislation and Nugent policies and procedures.
